Booking conditions

To make a booking, please send us the following information by email, fax, letter or phone :
*Arrival and departure dates.
*Your choice of room, category and price (subject to availability).
*Your credit card number (visa, eurocard, mastercard),
*The expiry date as well as the last 3 digits on the back of the card, or a cheque for the deposit (€) to secure your booking.

Cancellation

*Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit amounting to the price of the first night (in the event of cancellation, the deposit is not refunded).
*In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before the arrival date, payment for the first 3 nights will be due.
*In the event of cancellation less than 7 nights before the arrival date, the total cost of your stay will be due.

We recommend you contact your insurance company and take out a cancellation insurance policy.
