Your booking will be valid and confirmed when the amount of Your first night is charged
To make a booking, please send us the following information by email, fax, letter or phone :
*Arrival and departure dates.
*Your choice of room, category and price (subject to availability).
*Your VISA or MASTERCARD credit card number , ( The American express is not accepted )
*The expiry date as well as the last 3 digits on the back of the card, or a cheque for the deposit (€) to secure your booking.
Cancellation
*Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit amounting to the price of the first night, or 30% of the stay for more than 3 nights (in the event of cancellation, the deposit is not refunded).
*In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before the arrival date, payment for the first 3 nights will be due.
*In the event of cancellation less than 7 nights before the arrival date, the total cost of your stay will be due.
A réservation engage you.... But exceptionnaly, in case the autorities would décid new restrictions cause of the Covid19.... Your déposit would be refounded
We recommend you contact your insurance company and take out a cancellation insurance policy so you are covered in the event of cancellation.
